For Credit Card transactions:
For your security, we don’t keep your credit card information. You will be redirected to Verisign payment after you finish completing the checkout page. After completing with the Verisign payment, you will receive an e-mail confirming your payment.
After we process your order (read terms and conditions below), you will receive an e-mail from our internet orders department with your invoice, providing details on the parts you ordered.
For PayPal transactions:
You will be directed to send the PayPal payment to katie@maxbmwmotorcycles.com after this form is completed. After we process your order (read terms and conditions below), you will receive an e-mail from our internet orders department with your invoice, providing details on the parts you ordered.
We do not ship to PO Boxes. A physical address is required.
We process and ship web orders Tuesday through Friday from 9:00AM to 5:00PM EST. Weekend and Monday web orders are first priority when we re-open on Tuesday morning. Shipping time reflects the time it takes to ship from our location.
Our website does not reflect what we have in stock. Some parts may be special ordered (S/O) with BMW of NA or backordered with BMW of Germany. Items temporarily sold out of our inventory that we have to special order may take up to 4-14 days to deliver from the time of your order. Please check your email daily for updates and or stipulations with your order.
If you need something overnighted or rushed, an additional 5% surcharge on the retail price of the items NOT in stock may be added. If this is necessary, we will contact you.
Oversized and heavy items ship at an oversized rate. Since we do not store your credit card information, we will contact you to get this information if needed.
Examples of shipping charges for oversized and heavy items:
Batteries, Oils, Brake Fluid or similar - $15.00
Frames/sub-frames and body panels - $95.00
BMW SPRAY paint is no longer available. BMW touch up sticks are still available.
All returns must be completed within 10 days of purchase, be in their original packaging and unused. No returns on electrical parts, repair manuals or tools. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
