Service Easy!
Our BMW-only service department is as close as your garage door! With 10 fully-enclosed Mercedes Benz Sprinter vans on the road every week, MAX BMW Motorcycles can offer the quickest response and turnaround time for your service needs. Our fleet logs thousands of miles throughout the northeast each week and chances are we’re in your area on a regular basis. If you haven’t yet taken advantage of door-to-door pickup and delivery, we invite you to give it a try.
*R18, LT and CLC Models are not eligible for pick up and delivery. Ride-in service only.
How it Works:
Call the service department at the store nearest you and speak with a Service Advisor about the service work that you'd like done.
Next, we’ll put your address into our service pick up system and let you know when one of our professional drivers will stop by your house to put your bike into one of our enclosed Mercedes Sprinters. When it's done, we'll call you to arrange delivery right back to your door.
We service customers within a 100 mile radius of each of our stores. Additional charges may apply beyond 100 miles.
IMPORTANT: If you are using pick up and delivery, all luggage and personal items must be removed from your motorcycle, including top cases, tank bags and GPS units. Thank you!
